Proclamation
WHEREAS, Sapientia One Global Solutions, LLC has chosen to establish its
headquarters in the Pittsburgh region, bringing with it a powerful mission to help individuals
and organizations achieve transformational success through strategic leadership, innovation,
and sustainable growth; and
WHEREAS, under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Alicia B. Harvey-Smith and Major
Donald W Smith, Sapientia One Global Solutions, LLC stands as a premier consultancy
dedicated to customized planning, leadership training, and professional development that
empowers communities, institutions, and corporations alike; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Harvey-Smith is a nationally respected educator and leader whose
career has been defined by a commitment to personal growth, equity in education, and
organizational excellence, and Major Smith brings a distinguished record of military service
and federal law enforcement to their shared mission; and
WHEREAS, through innovative programming, strategic consultation, and meaningful
community engagement, Sapientia One Global Solutions, LLC seeks to inspire, challenge, and
develop the next generation of leaders and changemakers across our region and beyond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that I, County Executive Sara Innamorato, by
virtue of the authority vested in me, do hereby designate May 12, 2025 as “Sapientia
One Global Solutions, LLC Day” in Allegheny County.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the
County of Allegheny to be affixed this 12th day of May, 2025.
