          WHEREAS, Founded by the visionary Dr. Alicia B. Harvey Smith and her husband, Major Donald W Smith, this dynamic consultancy is poised to become a premier organization in leadership planning, training, and development; and

          WHEREAS, Dr. Harvey-Smith, a respected leader in education and professional development, has dedicated her career to instilling essential leadership skills and fostering personal growth within our communities; and

          WHEREAS, Major Donald W Smith brings a distinguished military background and two decades of service, enriching the mission of Sapientia with his commitment to excellence and community safety; and

          WHEREAS, The establishment ofSapientia One Global Solutions in Pittsburgh will provide clients with unique insights and approaches to leadership, connecting them with like­minded professionals and community leaders passionate about growth; and
